- History Biographical
- Frank Lippingwell enlisted in the 20th Battery in September 1939. His unit was sent to England in 1941, and in 1944 Lippingwell received the Oakleaf In Service for his actions at Nijemen, Holland. Mr. Lippingwell retained his military connections after World War 2, retiring from provisional duty as Chaplain to CFS Delta in 1974.
