Black and white photograph of the California Standard Oil Co. facility in Conrad, Alberta. Conrad was located east of Wrentham and west of Foremost, along the Red Coat Trail. California Standard Oil became Chevron Canada. Typewritten letter, 1946, from R.E. Ansley, Minister of Education for the Province of Alberta, encouraging high school graduates to consider a career in teaching, to alleviate a shortage of teachers in the province.
