- 1. CASE: GREY PAPER COVERED CARDBOARD BOX WITH OVAL PLASTIC WINDOW. CASE HAS GRAY ROUGH COVERING WITH DARK BLUE LINES AND "STORZ SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS" AT END OPPOSITE TO WINDOW. COVER HAS HALF-CIRCLE CUTS. BOTTOM HAS ALUMINUM FRAME SET IN BOTTOM TO HOLD TOOL. HAND PRINTED ON BOTTOM IS "E156". 2. CATARACT KNIFE: 12 X 0.5 X 0.4CM STEEL KNIFE. HANDLE OF KNIFE HAS WIDENED MIDDLE AND BEVELED EDGES. STAMPED ONTO ONE SIDE IS "STORZ". KNIFE HAS SPOOL SHAPED BOLSTER AND FINE NARROW BLADE WITH STRAIGHT EDGE. STAMPED INTO ONE END IS "3".
