CORD ORIGINATES DIRECTLY FROM BOTTOM OF EARPIECE AND ENDS IN A TWO-PRONGED PLUG. 2. HEADBAND WITH ONE EARPIECE. EARPIECE HAS ON/OFF SWITCH ON BACK COVER. NYLON COVER SURROUNDS CORD ENDING IN TWO-PRONG PLUG. ONE PRONG LARGER THAN OTHER.

*UPDATE* IN 2019 COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT ELISE PUNDYK CONDUCTED A SURVEY OF ARTIFACTS, INCLUDING A RAZOR DONATED BY C. N. FRASER. RESEARCH USING THE GALT ARCHIVES AND THE LETHBRIDGE HERALD ARCHIVAL DATABASE FOUND THAT THE DONOR WAS CARL N. FRASER. ACCORDING TO HIS OBITUARY PUBLISHED IN THE LETHBRIDGE HERALD ON MAY 3, 1991, FRASER WAS BORN IN BARRIE, ONTARIO IN 1906. HE ARRIVED IN LETHBRIDGE IN 1909 WHERE HE RECEIVED HIS EDUCATION. THE OBITUARY STATES, "CARL WAS EMPLOYED WITH THE CITY OF LETHBRIDGE UNTIL RETIREMENT IN 1971." HE LOST HIS FIRST WIFE, FREDA MAY "QUEENIE" FRASER (NEE SHORTO), IN 1943. A LETHBRIDGE HERALD NEWS ARTICLE PUBLISHED ON OCTOBER 26, 1943 DESCRIBES THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF HER DEATH. THE COUPLE HAS THREE CHILDREN, ROBERT "BOB" BOYD, NEILSON "NEIL" MCGREGOR, AND MURIEL JEAN GOIAN. FRASER'S SECOND WIFE WAS NAMED SARAH "SADIE" FRASER. CARL N. FRASER PASSED AWAY IN ON MAY 1, 1991 AT THE AGE OF 84 YEARS. INFORMATION ABOUT THE FAMILY WAS LEARNED FROM THE DONOR'S DAUGHTER, MURIEL GOIAN, DURING THE 2012 COLLECTIONS SURVEY OF MILITARY ARTIFACTS. DONATED TO THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY FOR THE MUSEUM ON JANUARY 29 1965, THE RADIO CABINET HAS BEEN REPAIRED FOLLOWING WATER DAMAGE WHILE STORED IN ELECTRONICS SHOP OF THE LCI.
