BLOWER CONSISTS OF A REAR BICYCLE WHEEL & FRAME WITH HANDLE BOLTED TO CRANK. BELT RUNS FROM WHEEL TO A PULLEY WHICH IS ATTACHED TO A FAN INSIDE A HOUSING, WITH OPENING AT EACH END ALLOWING AIR INTAKE & FORCED EXHAUST. ENTIRE UNIT IS MOUNTED TO A PLYWOOD & 2 X 4 BENCH. CANVAS BELT.
