PROTRACTOR - 1.0CM(H) X 22.5CM(L) X 2.6CM(W). SILVER, METAL. TWO STRAIGHT RULERS ATTACHED BY A VERTICAL PIECE AT EACH END. THERE IS A LARGE HEADED RIVET THROUGH A SLOT AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH VERTICAL PIECE. THERE IS ALSO A SMALLER RIVET AT THE TOP OF EACH VERTICAL PIECE. THE UPPER RULER MEASURES UP TO SEVEN INCHES. PRINTED ON THE LOWER RULER IN BLACK IS "SET PROTRACTOR ACCORDING TO LITER THRUST - SEE INSTRUCTION JONES METABOLISM EQUIPMENT CO., CHICAGO". 3. METABOLISM MEASURE - 0.3CM(H) X 28.6CM(L) X 5.0CM(W). METAL RULER. ONE SIDE HAS TWO LIPS WHICH ACT AS SLIDES FOR TWO RULERS BETWEEN THEM. THERE ARE VARIOUS MEASUREMENTS PRINTED ON THIS SIDE. THE REVERSE HAS "DIRECTIONS" PRINTED ON IT IN BLACK, FOLLOWED BY THE DIRECTIONS FOR USING THE RULER. AT THE BOTTOM IT READS "JONES METABOLISM EQUIPMENT CO. 315 HONORE ST. CHICAGO, ILLINOIS". CANISTER HAS CONICAL CHROME PLATES TOP AND BOTTOM AND IS FILLED WITH NUMEROUS SMALL PINK STONES. TOP OF CANISTER HAS CRISS-CROSS GRIP AND "FOREGGER" STAMPED NEAR ELBOW TUBE. YELLOW/BROWN RUBBER HOSE WITH COIL AROUND IT IS ATTACHED TO ELBOW TUBE AT TOP OF CANISTER AND AT BASE. BASE HAS BEVELED EDGES AND "FOREGGER" STAMPED INTO IT. FRONT OF BASE HAS TWO CYLINDRICAL HOSE COLLARS AND BACK HAS ONE WITH SIDE MOUNTED VALVE TUBE. ALSO AT BACK IS BLACK PLASTIC KNOB WITH BEADED CHAIN ATTACHED TO BASE. 2. BREATHING TUBES: 50 X 8.5 X 5.5CM BLACK RUBBER BREATHING TUBES WITH CHROME PLATED "Y" JOINT AND CIRCULAR PLASTIC MOUTH PIECE. RUBBER TUBES ARE RIBBED WITH SMOOTH ENDS. ONE HOSE IS NEARLY TORN OFF (*NOTE* FOUND COMPLETELY TORN OFF AUG/04). "Y" JOINT HAS CYLINDRICAL MIDDLE WITH TWO ARMS AT BOTTOM AND ELBOW JOINT AT TOP.
