THREE OF DIAMONDS HAS LARGE HOLE NEAR CENTRE. ACE OF CLUBS HAS THREE SMALL HOLES, TWO NEAR CENTRE, THE THIRD TO ONE SIDE. KING OF CLUBS TORN CORNER "K" MISSING. FACE OF CARDS SHOWS MEDIEVAL CLOTHED FRENCH ROYALTY. NUMBERED CARDS SHOW SAME NUMBER OF SUIT SYMBOLS AS NUMBER, INSIDE A PERIMETER LINE, IE. THREE OF SPADES IS WRITTEN TWICE, AND THREE SPADES APPEAR. ACE OF EACH SUIT VERY DECORATIVE WITH SUIT SYMBOL INSIDE A ROUNDEL. ALSO EACH BEARS THE WORDS "CHAS GOODALL & SONS LONDON". BACKS BEAR A SHIELD ARROW & QUIVER, HELMET, BISHOPS, MITRE AND SPEAR.
