Scope and Content
"Here is a Crime-Prevention film that depends on some good, solid citizenship for its appeal rather than fear or paranoia. The good citizenship is illuminated right up front, when the film defines neighborhood watch as local residents looking out for one another. The film explains how to enlist the help of local law enforcement, through the crime prevention officer, in setting up neighborhood watch or block parent, or home alert. Its dispels the nosy neighbor myth replacing it with and image of neighbors joined in common interests and goals."
Notes
The film is intended for an audience of high school students to adults.
