A look back at the 40 years of television for CISA in Lethbridge. "Television first came to Lethbridge on November 20, 1955, with an introduction and an episode of 'Father Knows Best'". The video goes through the changes to television in decades, starting with the 1950s through to the 1990s, including television programs, and changes throughout the City of Lethbridge in those 40 years. The video discusses important dates and events that have occurred in Lethbridge, including the 1967 visit of brother and sister-in-law of the Emperor of Japan came to Lethbridge to officially open The Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden, and Mayor Andy Anderson's 14-year term as Mayor of Lethbridge. In the 1970s: the University of Lethbridge was being constructed and in 1971 the campus opened, in 1974 the Lethbridge Public Library opened on the by Chief Judge Turcotte, and Whoop-Up Drive was opened in 1975, etc. In the 1980s: Nicholas Sheran leisure center opened in 1984, a new court house was opened in 1981, Park Place and Lethbridge Center malls opened in 1988, etc. "Commodity Futures Magazine" television program is promoted. In the 1990s: the Lethbridge Brewery was torn down in 1991, and the flooding of the Oldman River. Advertisement for the 40th Annual Pemmican Club Ball.
