BETWEEN 2008 AND 2009, LETHBRIDGE REGIONAL POLICE SERVICES INSPECTOR BILL KAYE ADDED THAT THE FIRST MEMBERS TO WEAR THEM "PURCHASED THEIR OWN". *UPDATE* IN 2014 COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT JANE EDMUNDSON CONDUCTED A SURVEY OF ART OBJECTS, INCLUDING SOME DONATED BY THE CITY OF LETHBRIDGE POLICE SERVICES.
