These items were found early in 2013 in the Galt’s off-site storage. Along with the Duff family donation (UID 20131039), there were a number of miscellaneous items including some previously accessioned. While every effort was made to assign items to their proper accession and donor, this was not always possible and unaccounted for items were re-accessioned under the title Miscellaneous Acquisitions fonds

Stokes is highlighted with small pencil ‘x’ marks next to his name. 6- Phi Delta Kappa Charter. 1969. 45 x 61cm. The charter includes the signatures of thirty fraternity members in addition to those of Homer L Johnson (President), J. W. Lee (Vice President) Gayle Zehilds? (Director), Howard M Spade (Director), A. Garland Hordy (Director), R. B. Clemaner (Director) William A. Samson (District Representative) and Maynard Bemis (Executive Secretary). dated 17 April 1969. 7- Photographs a. Seven Christmas cards featuring art relating to Molson breweries including three from Sick’s Brewery in Lethbridge. Two of these show the Brewery Gardens and one shows the Lethbridge Edmonton Stagecoach decorated for Christmas (1964) 10- Dr William Fairfield Scrapbook. 1876 -1982. 48 x 40x x 8cm. contains 48 photographs, newspaper and magazine clippings, cards and notes relating to the life of Dr. Fairfield. He was the founding researcher at the experimental farm/research station in Lethbridge. Found in oversized cupboards. 11- MISSAE DEFUNCTORUM & Latin Mass Sign- 1947 Book containing the Latin rites for the Catholic mass for the dead and two metal plaques from the alter of a local Catholic Church used before the switch to the English mass under Pope Paul VI. 12- The Buildings of Canada--Environment Canada Booklet. 13 pages (removed to reference library) Included is an entry on the Number 1 Fire Hall under the section on Administrative Buildings.
